Karla Frye - City Council at Large

Karla Frye is a lifelong Zanesville resident. She is a retired school psychologist who worked in the Zanesville City and Maysville school districts. She is running for Council at large with the goal of representing residents from all parts of the city. She is interested in downtown development and increasing affordable housing, but most importantly in listening to city residents and their concerns.

John Taylor Lehman - 4th Ward

John and his wife moved to Zanesville’s 4th Ward in 1987. They loved the city so much that they ended up raising their two sons within the community. John even worked as a science teacher at TVHS. Upon retirement, John became a member of the local arts colony by making and selling his bottle cap artwork. John also works part-time at the Zanesville Museum of Art. John believes heavily in community investment including paving neglected roadways, cleaning up of factory sites, and opposing a new jail being put in city limits.
